description: How loopvew.com handles your data — what analytics we use, which cookies are set only after you accept, and how to change your choice or contact us.

This policy covers the Loopvew website at loopvew.com, including the docs. The
Loopvew app at app.loopvew.com and the Loopvew player apps have their own terms;
the player is covered by the [Player Privacy Policy](/player_privacy_policy).

Loopvew is a product of AdEvolve ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this
policy or your data, email [hello@loopvew.com](mailto:hello@loopvew.com).

## The short version

- You can read the whole site without accepting any cookies.
- We only load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity after you click **Accept**
on the cookie banner. If you click **Decline**, they never load.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic visit counts. It sets no cookies
  and doesn't identify you.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- You can change your choice at any time with **Cookie settings** in the footer.

## What we collect

### When you browse the site

Every website receives some technical data with each request: your IP address,
browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the page that linked you
here. Our hosting and network providers (Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) use it
to serve pages, keep the site secure and stop abuse.

Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate numbers — page views, referrers,
countries and page speed. It runs without cookies and without fingerprinting,
so it can't follow you between visits or sites.

### Only if you accept analytics cookies

- **Google Analytics 4** measures how visitors find and use the site: pages
viewed, time on page, approximate location (city level), device and browser,
and the site that referred you. Google's advertising features are switched
off, and ad-related signals are always sent as denied.
- **Microsoft Clarity** shows us how pages are used through heatmaps and
session replays: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Clarity masks
sensitive text you type into forms.

We use this to find pages that confuse people, fix broken flows, and decide
what to improve next.

### When you contact us

If you email us or send the support form, we receive what you send — usually
your name, email address and message — and use it only to reply and help you.

## Cookies and local storage

| Name | Set by | Purpose | Expires | Needs your consent |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `blume-consent` (local storage) | loopvew.com | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you clear it | No — strictly necessary |
| `blume-theme` (local storage) | loopvew.com | Remembers light or dark mode | Until you clear it | No — strictly necessary |
| `cf_clearance` | Cloudflare | Set only if Cloudflare shows a security check | Up to 1 year | No — strictly necessary |
| `_ga`, `_ga_*` | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions | 2 years | Yes |
| `_clck`, `_clsk` | Microsoft Clarity | Links page views into a session and a returning visitor | 1 year / 1 day | Yes |

Microsoft may also set its own cookies on clarity.ms domains while Clarity runs.
Nothing in the "Yes" rows is set until you click **Accept**.

## Changing your choice

Use **Cookie settings** in the site footer to open the banner again. If you
withdraw consent after accepting, the page reloads and analytics stays off from
then on. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser at any
time, which brings the banner back.

## Who processes your data

| Provider | What for | Policy |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Microsoft Azure | Hosting the website | [Microsoft Privacy Statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement) |
| Cloudflare | Network, security, cookieless analytics | [Cloudflare Privacy Policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) |
| Google | Google Analytics 4 (after consent) | [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) |
| Microsoft | Microsoft Clarity (after consent) | [Microsoft Privacy Statement](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement) |

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United
States. They protect it under their own data-processing terms and, where
required, standard contractual clauses.

## How long we keep it

- Google Analytics: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Microsoft Clarity: session replays for 30 days; aggregated heatmaps and
reports for up to 13 months.
- Emails and support requests: as long as needed to help you, and for any
period the law requires after that.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU and UK GDPR and India's
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you can ask us to:

- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct or update it,
- delete it,
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to it,
- withdraw consent you gave, without affecting what happened before.

Email [hello@loopvew.com](mailto:hello@loopvew.com) and we'll reply within 30
days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to your local data
protection authority, or in India to the Data Protection Board of India.

## Children

The site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't
knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

## Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change
affects what we collect or why, we'll ask for your consent again where the law
requires it.
