Digital Signage

Digital signage is the use of screens to show content that is managed and updated remotely, such as menus, promotions, dashboards, wayfinding and announcements. Software (a CMS plus a player on each screen) replaces printed posters and manual updates.

Digital signage, explained

Every digital signage system has the same three parts: screens, a player on each screen, and a CMS where your team builds and schedules content.

Why it matters

  • Update once, everywhere. A price change or announcement reaches every location at the same time.
  • Right message, right moment. Schedules swap content by time of day, day of week or season.
  • Less print. No reprinting posters or re-taping menus.

Common uses include digital menu boards, wayfinding, queue management and internal communications.
