Samsung Tizen

Set up Loopvew on a Samsung commercial SSSP display. Confirm model and firmware, native installation, and on-device playback requirements.

The Samsung Tizen player is stable and available for compatible commercial SSSP displays. The public installation link is coming soon. Contact Loopvew for compatibility review and the official installation source.

Commercial displays only

The native player supports Samsung commercial signage displays. Consumer Samsung TVs are not included. A shared Tizen name does not establish the same installation APIs or signage controls.

Record the full display model, SSSP generation, firmware, available storage, output orientation, and network configuration before requesting access.

Public installation URL: coming soon. The team will confirm the appropriate installation flow for your model. Do not enter another vendor’s application URL or follow a consumer app-store guide as a substitute.

Prepare a pilot screen

  1. Send the model and firmware details to Loopvew, together with the media and device controls you need.
  2. Follow the official installation procedure supplied for the approved commercial model.
  3. Connect the player to your account using its pairing code in the Loopvew CMS.
  4. Publish a representative playlist and verify orientation, audio, media formats, and scheduling.
  5. Test restart and network recovery before adding more screens.

Validate display-specific capabilities

Confirm power, brightness, screenshots, and reboot individually. A native player’s ability to display media does not imply that it can control every display function.

Test live websites on the built-in browser engine, and check downloaded-file behavior during a network outage. Check the display manufacturer’s operating-hour, brightness, thermal, and mounting guidance independently of software support.

Troubleshooting and next steps

For installation issues, provide the model, SSSP generation, firmware, and supplied player build to support. Describe the exact step that failed, but do not share passwords or active pairing codes.
